For me, cooking is storytelling. Every dish carries a memory — a market in the south of France, a spice I discovered in my grandmother's kitchen, and the people I’m cooking for in that moment.
I bring a career built on real experience
I learned to cook at home — watching, tasting, helping. What started as curiosity became a career built on one rule: never cook anything you wouldn't.
I let time do the work
My secret in the kitchen is patience. The best flavours can't be rushed — low heat, proper resting, seasoning at every stage. That's it.
